LIFE COACHING

In 16 personal training sessions, you’ll be stronger, more confident, and excited about furthering your fitness and health goals. Twice a week for 8 weeks, you will attend a 60-minute 1:1 personal training session with Danijela. We will create a program that’s suitable for your current state while teaching you to move optimally and safely. Your program will include compound and accessory exercises, core stability, and corrective exercises specific to your body’s needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Danijela’s nutrition coaching focuses on educating and empowering you to eat with intention and build better practices around fuelling your body. You will learn about nutrition protocols for your desired goal through conversations and resources. We will work to build on the good habits you already have. You will layer in new healthy habits to reinforce the weak spots. Knowing why you create the changes you do is key to making the habits stick. When practices have a reason behind them, you’ll be successful, creating a future full of vitality.

NUTRITION COACHING
