2-3 Classes a Week for 5 Weeks: Commit to your journey of strength and health with two or three invigorating classes each week, providing consistent progress and results.
1:1 Personal Training Session: Kickstart your journey with a one-on-one personal training session to assess your abilities, set goals, and receive tailored guidance from our expert trainers. Complete onboarding for TrueCoach app where you will have access to your program.
Personalized Nutrition Guide: Maximize your results with a nutrition guide crafted to complement your fitness goals and lifestyle, ensuring you nourish your body for optimal performance and recovery.
Workouts Delivered to Your Phone: Stay on track and prepared with workouts delivered to your phone via TrueCoach prior to each class, making it easy to follow along and track your progress.

Secondly, as personal trainers based in Burlington, we’ve seen and heard from clients about the lack of precise strength training that exists in a group setting. We’ve made it our mission to deliver a personalized strength training program through group sessions at Evolution to empower the women in our community and the surrounding areas.
