Group Training

DD Fitness Training has partnered with Evolution Fitness Co. to make weightlifting possible for more women in our community. Strength Training for Women is as close to personal training as it gets while maintaining the community aspect of group fitness and offering a more cost-effective way to receive the support in a gym that women may need. Women belong in the weight room, so join us to experience what it's like to become empowered through strength.  

Online & Hybrid Coaching

DD Fitness Training offers online coaching for individual clients, not for the "average person". Biological, psychological, and social factors affect each individual's ability to achieve and maintain health and fitness goals.
