  • Personal training sessions with your desired trainer are 1 hour long and, depending on your needs and goals, incorporate a combination of some or all of the following: a warm-up, a strength training workout, mobility exercises, corrective exercises, a cool-down, and stretching. Your training sessions will occur at a private training facility where memberships are not needed, and the facility is not open to the public.

As trainers, we are here to serve our clients and provide them with personalized workout programs, track progress metrics, hold clients accountable, and ensure their safety during training.   • The price of personal training reflects your trainer's knowledge, experience, quality of service, time spent programming unique workouts, and coaching during training sessions. Rates vary from trainer to trainer and are subject to change. Most trainers are $80-100+hst per session. Contact us to find out your preferred trainer's rate.
